Shelley began her Real Estate career in 2009 at LJ Hooker Airlie Beach as Director of First Impressions. Due to Shelley’s communication skills and fantastic work ethic, it didn’t take long before she was asked to become an assistant to the property department where Shelley could apply her passion for organisation and working with people. Making the move back to SA in 2010, Shelley joined another LJ Hooker office in the western suburbs and worked her way up from property management assistant to Senior Property Manager. During Shelley’s 8 years at this LJ Hooker office, she demonstrated a skill set and passion that is rare to property management and was recognised with various awards, not just within the LJ Hooker network however within the real estate industry as a whole. 2017 saw Shelley’s biggest achievement, taking home LJ Hookers annual ‘Property Manager of the Year’ award for SA/NT. Not one to sit on her past achievements, after relocating into the North East suburbs in 2016, Shelley decided to further her skill set by attending many training seminars emanating in her deciding to undertake a Bachelor Degree in 2018. It was at this time that Shelley jumped at the opportunity to join the award winning LJ Hooker Salisbury team where their property management department has been respected and an industry leader since 1976. Shelley brings with her years of experience and passion, and in her role as a leasing consultant is determined to not only just meet the expectations of both landlords and tenants, but to exceed both parties expectations.
